摘　　要：目的:分析Eya2在前列腺癌组织中的表达模式并分析其临床意义。方法:通过免疫组织化学方法检测76例前列腺癌组织以及4例正常前列腺组织中Eya2的蛋白表达量,并通过统计学方法探究其临床意义。结果:76例前列腺癌组织中47例Eya2表达上调,上调比例为61.8%。Eya2表达上调与肿瘤组织较高的Gleason评分显著相关。结论:前列腺癌组织中Eya2为促癌因子,表达量上调与较高的Gleason评分显著相关,可作为临床诊断的一个重要靶点。Objective： To explore the expression pattern and clinical significance of Eya2 in prostate cancer.Methods： Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the protein expression of Eya2 in 76 cases of prostate cancers and 4 cases of non-cancerous prostate tissues. Statistical method was used to analyze the clinical significance of Eya2 expression. Results： Eya2 was up-regulated in prostate cancers（ 47/76,61. 8%）. Eya2 expression was significantly associated with Gleason score of prostate cancer tissue. Conclusion： Eya2 was an oncogene and its protein expression was upregulated in prostate cancer. Eya2 high expression was significantly correlated with high Gleason score. Eya2 could be a target in clinic diagnose for prostate cancer.
