猪胎盘中生物活性肽的制备及含量测定

摘　　要：为测定猪胎盘中胎盘肽含量及其分子质量的大小,试验采用Tricine-SDS-PAGE电泳法和考马斯亮蓝G-250法,分别对6付刚娩出的新鲜猪胎盘的胎盘肽分子质量和含量进行测定,以各重复组测定结果的平均数代表每付胎盘中胎盘肽的含量和相对分子质量。结果表明,6组猪胎盘中胎盘肽分子质量分别为14.219ku、13.801ku、12.012ku、12.357ku、11.326ku及10.197ku,其平均水平为12.31ku±1.51ku;胎盘肽的含量分别为0.67mg/g±0.07mg/g、0.82mg/g±0.03mg/g、0.81mg/g±0.02mg/g、0.70mg/g±0.11mg/g、0.79mg/g±0.03mg/g及0.84mg/g±0.04mg/g,其平均含量为0.77mg/g±0.03mg/g。The study was performed to determine the content of placental peptide in placenta and its molecular mass.A total of 6 newly delivered fresh pig placenta was distributed into 6 groups,the molecular mass and content of placental peptide were measured by Tricine-SDS-PAGE and Coomassie brilliant blue G-250.The data of each repeating group were averaged to represent the placenta peptide content and the relative molecular mass of each placenta at each level.The results showed that the molecular mass of placental peptides in the six groups were 14.219,13.801,12.012,12.357,11.326,10.197 ku,respectively.The average level was 12.31 ku±1.51 ku.As for the contents of placental peptide,the results were 0.67 mg/g±0.07 mg/g,0.82 mg/g±0.03 mg/g,0.81 mg/g±0.02 mg/g,0.70 mg/g±0.11 mg/g,0.79 mg/g±0.03 mg/g,0.84 mg/g±0.04 mg/g,respectively.The average content was 0.77 mg/g±0.03 mg/g.
