摘 要:传统电动汽车充电装置存在稳压测试精准度低、整机效率差的问题,为此设计了电动汽车大功率直流充电计量装置。计量装置硬件部分由电能表和非接触式读写装置组成,分别对直流电能表结构框图、非接触式读写装置引脚和晶体振荡器外围电路进行设计;采用模块化编辑程序对装置主程序和天线进行设计,将各个程序模块分成若干个小模块,保持其相对独立性。通过实验结果可知,该装置稳压测试精准度较高,且整机效率较为理想。The traditional electric vehicle charging device is the low accuracy of the voltage regulation test and poor efficiency of the whole machine. For this reason,it designs a high-power DC charging metering device for the electric vehicle. The hardware part of the metering device consists of a power meter and a non-contact readwrite device. It introduces the block diagram of the DC energy meter,the pin of the non-contact read-write device,and the peripheral circuit of the crystal oscillator,and uses a modular program to program the main program of the device. It develops several program modules to maintain their relative independence. The experimental results show that the device has high precision in voltage regulation test,and the overall efficiency is good.
