摘 要:海洋工程半潜重载船在电气系统设计中与常规船舶存在诸多不同之处,主要包括电力推进与动力定位(DP)在半潜船上的应用、兼顾航行和动力定位的螺旋桨设计的解决措施、压载控制系统的设计、深潜状态下侧推等设备的加压密封以及半潜船上集控室的布置等。文中通过对半潜重载船以及常规船舶的电气设计部分进行对比与分析,针对半潜重载船作业的特殊性,提出满足航行和作业要求的设计方案以及一些重要问题的解决措施;比较几种规格的半潜重载船设计,分析其共性和差异,为该类型后续船的电气系统设计提供一些参考,并希望藉此获得对海洋工程半潜重载船电气设计的更深入探讨和更佳的优化方案。There are many differences of the electrical system design between the offshore semisubmersible heavy lift vessels and the normal ships, mainly including the application of the electric propulsion and dynamic positioning(DP) on the semisubmersible vessel, the solutions for the propeller design considering navigation and DP, the design of the ballast control system, the pressurization seal of the side-thruster in the deep submerging state and the arrangement of the control room on the semisubmersible vessels. This paper compares and analyzes the electrical design of a semisubmersible heavy lift vessel and a normal ship. It presents the design scheme that meets the requirements of navigation and operation and the solutions for several important problems according to the special operation characteristics of the semisubmersible heavy lift vessels. It also lists several design of semisubmersible heavy lift vessels in different scale, and analyzes their similarities and differences, which can provide reference for the design of electric system for the similar ships in futures. It is expected that the electrical design of the offshore semisubmersible heavy lift vessels will be further discussed for a better optimized plan.
