摘 要:为提高供应链可视化程度,解决可视化过程中测量指标过多的问题,在供应链可视化信息描述的基础上,以分析供应链可视化关键测量指标的视角,应用层次分析法归纳简化并构建供应链可视化测量指标量化模型,并根据研究结果突出关键因素消除冗余信息.研究结果表明:应用量化的决策数据获取了17个指标的定性判断与分布,其中综合权重较高的是信息共享、订单运输进度信息,库存信息等指标,从而突出关键因素消除冗余信息,引导企业关注可视化对供应链风险管理的重要作用.In order to improve the degree of the supply chain visualization and solve the problems of excessive measurement indexes in the process of visualization, on the basis of the description of the information concerning the supply chain visualization, the analysis is conducted in the perspective of the key measurement indexes of the supply chain visualization. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is applied to generalize, simplify and construct a quantitative model for the measurement indexes of the supply chain visualization. The results show that qualitative judgment and distribution information of 17 indexes are obtained by applying quantitative decision-making data.The indexes with high comprehensive weight are information sharing, order transportation progress information,inventory information, etc. Accordingly, the key factors are highlighted while the redundant information is eliminated. It guides enterprises to focus on the important role of visualization in risk management of the supply chain and it helps enterprises integrate information to create a high-quality visualization platform.
