新时代高校师德建设存在的问题与路径思考

摘　　要：强国必先强教,强教必先强师,强师必先强德。文章总结了新时代高校师德的内涵,从市场经济的冲击、高校机制不健全和个人修养不够等方面分析了当前高校师德建设存在的问题,这些问题成为高校教育改革的绊脚石。文章提出了以新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导原则,践行社会主义核心价值观;健全师德长效机制,营造师德建设的良好氛围;加强自身职业道德建设,不断提高教师自身道德修养等,从社会、高校、教师个人三个层面提出了解决问题的路径。The power of a nation depends on education. Education depends on teachers. Teachers must have morals. The article summarizes the connotation of college teachers ＇ morality in the new era,analyzes the existing problems in constructing college teachers＇ morality from the perspectives of the impact of market economy,the defects of college education mechanism and the lack of personal cultivation and proposes an approach to address all the three levels of the problems,which includes following Chinese-style socialist ideology of the new era,learning and practicing core socialist values; establishing and improving a long-term mechanism of teachers＇ morality,creating a good atmosphere for constructing teachers＇ morality; improving professional moral standards,and raising moral cultivation of individual teachers.
