网络舆情视域下的学术腐败治理

摘　　要："学术"一词代表着系统的知识与高深的学问,也界定着一个从事高等教育和科学研究的文化群体。然而,愈演愈烈的学术腐败现象不仅破坏了学术生态,而且严重损害了学术研究的声誉。网络舆情又在客观上成为曝光学术腐败的放大器,无法释怀的利益追逐是学术腐败产生的根本原因。治理学术腐败,需要行政权力与学术权力协同联动,通过明确学术腐败行为的治理主体、建立学术腐败监督与信访举报机制、由第三方学术机构甄别学术腐败行为、在学术领域内以一定方式公布学术腐败处理结果、加强学术评价研究和学术规范教育等途径,有效遏制学术腐败高发态势。＂Academy＂represents systematic knowledge and profound learning, defining a cultural group who are engaged in higher education and scientific research. However, growing academic corruption damages academic ecology and the prestige of academic studies. Network public opinion objectively amplifies the exposure of academic corruption. The pursuit of interest that cannot be abandoned is still the root cause of academic corruption. The treatment of academic corruption requires the coordination of administrative power and academic power. The effective curb of the rise of academic corruption can be realized by means of the clear definition of management entities, the establishment of the mechanism for supervision and letter complaints, the identification of such behaviors by third-party academic institutions, publicizing the punishment decision within a certain academic circle, and strengthening academic assessment and the education of academic regulations, etc.
