摘　　要：文章介绍汽车关键结构件从整车输入到整车应用的开发流程,涉及整车输入、结构设计、空间动态分析,冲压成形,强度、模态分析,以及试制、验证等方案、方法,采用此方法有效地缩短开发周期、节约成本,提高产品开发效率。This paper introduces the development process of the key parts of the automobile from the input of the whole vehicle to the application of the whole vehicle, including the input of the whole vehicle, the structure design, the spatial dynamic analysis, the stamping forming, the strength, the modal analysis, and the schemes and methods of trial production and verification. This method can effectively shorten the development cycle, save the cost and improve the efficiency of product development.
