美洲花椒属主要植物资源及其开发利用

摘　　要：芸香科花椒属植物种类繁多,广布于亚洲、非洲、大洋洲、北美洲的热带和亚热带地区,温带较少。在美洲,包括北美、中南美洲的花椒属植物种类不少,现在已经开发利用的大约有20多种。因本属植物通常含有精油、生物碱、香豆素等成分,当地人多作药材使用。其果皮、叶片很少食用,包括辛香料,与我国利用情况不同。有些种类为大乔木,常用于建筑和家具材料。现将我们收集到的一些资料,汇集成文,供参考。There are many kinds of prickly ash plants,which widely distribute in Asia,Africa,Oceania,tropical and subtropical regions of North America,with less in temperate zones. In the Americas,including North America,central and South America,there are many varieties of prickly ash,and now there are more than 20 species that have been developed. Because the plant usually contains essential oil,alkaloid,coumarin and other ingredients,the local people use as medicinal materials. The peel and leaves are rarely eaten,including the spice,which is different from our country. Some are large trees,often used in architecture and furniture. Some of the information is collected for reference.
