南京地区菊苣品种“沃姆”引种栽培初报

摘　　要：为在南京地区引种菊苣(Cichorium lntybus L.)的可行性提供依据,从比利时引进菊苣品种"沃姆(Zoom)",分别于2015年4月10日、5月13日、6月10日和8月14日播种,100天后采挖根株进行考察,取肉质根用土培法软化培养20d,对所得芽球进行考察;于2016年8月24日采用营养钵育苗移栽培育肉质根,12月9日采挖根株用水培法软化培养。试验结果表明,2015年8月14日播种形成的菊苣根株可用于软化培养,2016年8月24日采用营养钵育苗移栽和水培法软化培养,所得芽球长度为(13.0±1.5)cm,直径(3.3±0.4)cm,质量(43.4±6.4)g,包心叶片数(19.1±2.9)片。菊苣品种"沃姆"在南京地区的适宜播种期为8月10~25日,宜采用营养钵育苗、水培法软化的方法生产菊苣芽球。Objective： To provide the basis for Chicory（Cichorium lntybus L.） introduction in Nanjing.Methods： Seeds of Chicory cultivar ＂Zoom＂were introduced from Belgium. The seeds were sowed on 10 April,13 May,10 June and 14 August,in 2015,respectively. After growing 100 days,plants were examined and roots were soil cultured in dark for 20 days,then bud balls were investigated. On 24 August,2016,seedlings were cultured in nutrition pots and transplanted to field,roots were harvested on 9 December,2016,and water cultured in dark,bud balls were investigated. Results： In 2015,only the roots sowed on 14 August were effective for blanching culture to produce bud balls; in 2016,with nutrition pots for seedling culture and water culture for blanching,bud balls have the length of（13. 0 ± 1. 5） cm,diameter（3. 3 ± 0. 4） cm,weight（43. 4 ± 6. 4） g and blades 19. 1 ± 2. 9. Conclution： Chicory cultivar＂Zoom＂is adaptable to Nanjing,Jiangsu＇s natural condition,the suitable sowing date is from 10 to 25 August,it is favourable for ＂Zoom＂using nutrition pots to culture seedling and water culture to blanch bud balls.
