流动农民的社会认同分化及其影响因素

摘　　要：基于中国社会状况综合调查的数据,对流动农民的社会认同分化(身份认同和地域认同)及其影响因素进行实证研究。研究发现,流动农民的社会认同结果呈现"边缘—过渡—融合"3种不同的形态,不同因素对流动农民社会认同结果的影响存在差异:与人力资本相关的个体特征和政策制度因素对流动农民的身份认同影响显著;本地社会关系、居住方式、社会保障和外群体态度因素对流动农民的地域认同影响显著;居住时间与家庭因素则对两个维度的社会认同都产生了影响。在社会认同范畴的结果分析上,流动农民的社会认同整体上呈现出从边缘到融合的分化状态,不同社会认同范畴之间依然存在内群偏好与外群排斥。因此,提出应持续关注中国流动农民产生分化的社会现实,并需进一步推进城市管理政策的完善及对流动农民关系认知的改善。Based on the data analysis of Chinese Social Survey,this paper made an empirical study on the social identity differentiation of agricultural migrants and its affecting factors. The results show that：the social identity of agricultural migrants presents three different forms： marginalization,transition and integration. The different influencing factors focus on different dimensions： Individual characteristics associated with human capital and system factor of the policy proved the prominent influence on self-identity; Local social relationships,living arrangement,social security and the attitude of out-group proved the prominent influence on regional identity; Two dimensions are both affected by residence time and family factors. Analysis made on the result indicates that agricultural migrants＇ whole social identity appears status from marginalization to integration. In-group preference and out-group rejection exist between different social identity categories. Therefore,the article puts forward that the social reality should be paid attention,and we need to improve urban management policy and group relations.
