新时代背景下我国高校外语专业教育的改革与发展

摘　　要：坚持推动构建人类命运共同体是新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略之一。语言是实现各国人民互联互通的纽带,外语教育是构建人类命运共同体的基础。本文从新时代外语教育的作用与意义出发,分析《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》对新时代外语专业教育提出的要求及改革需求,从课程体系、师资建设、教学实践、评价方式等方面探讨了我国高校外语专业教育改革与发展的路径。To build the community with a shared future for mankind is one of the fundamental strategies of developing Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era. Language is the link to achieve the interconnection of all nations, and foreign language education is the basis for building the community with a shared future for mankind. The paper discussed the significance of foreign language education in the New Era as well as new requirements of the National Criteria of Teaching Quality for BA Programs. Based on the challenges and opportunities of foreign language education in the New Era, the author proposed suggestions for the reform and development of foreign language programs in China in terms of curriculum system, teachers＇ professional development, teaching practice and evaluative means.
