摘 要:在煤矿生产运输过程中,煤仓处于咽喉位置,直接影响着煤炭的运输效率,几乎所有矿井的煤仓在使用过程中,都不同程度地存在着堵仓问题。在高粘度环境下,煤仓漏斗的结构形式对堵仓问题的影响尤为突出。通过研究煤仓漏斗不同二次曲面形式的横截面收缩率,来分析煤仓的堵仓问题,进而提出煤仓漏斗最佳的结构形式。根据曲面曲率不同,提出了"曲率大时取点密集,曲率小时取点分散"的旋转曲面母线分段方法,对曲面煤仓的施工具有重要的指导意义。During coal mine production and transportation process,coal bunker in the throat position,directly affects the transport efficiency of coal. Almost all mine bunkers are in use and there is a certain degree of blocking the problem. In a high viscosity environment,the effect of the structure of the coal bunker on the blockage problem is particularly prominent. By studying the cross-sectional shrinkage of coal bunker in the form of different quadratic surfaces,we analyzed the coal warehouse warehouse problem,put forward the best structure of coal bunker funnel. According to the curvature of the surface,a method of rotating curved busbar segmentation is proposed,which is called "When the curvature of the large point-intensive and curvature of the hour take points scattered". It is of great significance to the construction of curved coal bunker.
