摘　　要：执政文化建设是党不断加强意识形态工作主导权和话语权的重要路径,该书以严谨的文献梳理和史论结合的方式,阐释了党的执政文化的要素构成与核心价值。探讨了马克思主义对党的执政文化建设的指导以及中国古代优秀治国理政文化的丰厚思想,并以历史时段为序,对局部和全面执政时期党的执政文化建设进行专题性论述,做到以论为主,以论带史,既有历史感又有借鉴性,改变从理论到理论的研究思路,突出经验和对策研究。The construction ofgovernance culture is an important way for the party to continuously strengthen the ideological leading power and discourse power. This book interprets the essential elements and core values of the party ＇s governance culture by combining rigorous literature review and history,and discusses the guidance of Marxism on the construction of the party＇s governance culture and the rich ideas of ancient Chinese governance culture. The construction ofgovernance culture in the periods of partial and full-term governance was discussed under certain topics. With theories as the focus,it is both historical and informative,changing the research ideas from theory to theory and highlighting experiences and countermeasures.
