摘  要:目的使用传统硅橡胶印模和口内扫描技术分别制作全瓷冠,比较两组全瓷冠的精密性。方法选择2016年10月至2017年12月在宝鸡市口腔医院修复科进行第二前磨牙全瓷冠修复的24例患者,分别采用传统硅橡胶印模和口内扫描印模制作全瓷冠修复体,对比两组全瓷冠的平均边缘间隙、邻接调磨及颌面平均调磨量。所有数据采用Wilcoxon秩和检验(α=0.05)进行分析。结果传统印模组调磨的全瓷冠邻接数量略多于口内扫描组;口内扫描组平均边缘间隙[(79.78±23.52)μm]优于传统印模组[(81.36±24.38)μm](P>0.05);口内扫描组全瓷冠颌面平均调磨量[(40.56±11.26)μm]优于传统印模组[(82.43±10.58)μm](P<0.05)。结论口内扫描组制作的全瓷冠精密性优于传统印模组,但都有较好的临床精密性。Objective To investigate the accuracy of all-ceramic crown fabricated from conventional implessions andintraoral digital. Methods From October 2016 to December 2017, 24 patients who underwent a second premolar all-ceramiccrown repair in stomatology department of Baoji Stomatology Hospital were selected and received fabricated all-ceramiccrown restoration from intraoral digital and conventional implession respectively. The mean marginal clearance, adjacentadjustment mill and average maxillofacial adjustment between the two groups of all-ceramic crowns were compared. Thedata was analyzed by Wilcoxon rank test(α=0.05). Results The number of contiguous porcelain crowns adjusted and milledin the intraoral digital group was slightly more than that in the conventional implession group, the mean marginal space inthe intraoral digital group [(79.78±23.52) μm] was better than [(81.36±24.38) μm] in the conventional implession group(P〉0.05). The average adjusting wear volume of all-ceramic crown-maxillofacial in the intraoral digital group [(40.56±11.26) μm] was better than [(82.43±10.58) μm] in the conventional implession group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The digitalimpressions are highly accurate and better than conventional ones. Both traditional and digital impression groups have highaccuracy and can meet the clinical requirements.
