膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表膀胱癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表膀胱癌疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2017年6月收治的90例浅表性膀胱癌患者资料,按不同手术方式分为观察组(50例,经尿道汽化电切术)和对照组(40例,常规膀胱部分切除术)。比较两组的治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、留置尿管时间、治疗前后ADL评分及复发情况。结果两组患者的疾病控制率、复发率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、留置尿管时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的ADL评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对浅表性膀胱癌患者可行经尿道汽化电切术治疗,不仅能彻底切除肿瘤病灶,且复发率低、患者耐受性较好,有助于预后,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of vaporization and electrocision of bladder tumor in the treatment ofsuperficial bladder cancer. Methods The general data of 90 patients with superficial bladder cancer admitted in ourhospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. According to different surgical methods, thepatients were divided into observation group （50 cases, vaporization and electrocision of bladder tumor） and control group（40 cases, conventional partial bladder resection）. The treatment effects, operation time, intraoperative blood loss,indwelling catheter time, pre- and post-treatment ADL scores and recurrence of the two groups were compared. ResultsThere were no significant differences in disease control rate and recurrence rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Theoperation time, intraoperative blood loss and indwelling catheter time in the observation group were significantly better thanthose in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the ADL scores of both groups significantly decreased, that in theobservation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of superficial bladder cancer,transurethral vaporization can be used to treat the tumor. It can not only completely remove tumor lesions, but also hasalow recurrence rate, better patient tolerance, and contributes to good prognosis, which is worthy of promoting.
