中西医结合治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性放射性颌骨骨髓炎的临床效果。方法将2014年2月至2017年6月于我院治疗的41例放射性颌骨骨髓炎患者随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(20例)。对照组仅给予手术+高压氧+抗感染治疗,治疗组则给予中药(加减方)+高压氧+手术+抗感染联合治疗,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗总有效率及疼痛评分。结果治疗组治愈率与治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的疼痛评分均显著下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗放射性颌骨骨髓炎的疗效较好,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of radioactive osteomyelitis of jaws treated with combinedtraditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Forty one patients with radioactive osteomyelitis of jaws treated in ourhospital from February 2014 to June 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group （n=21） and control group （n=20）.The treatment group was treated with combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine （modification）＋hyperbaric oxygen＋surgery ＋anti -infection. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen ＋surgery ＋anti -infection. The two groupswere treated for 4 weeks. The total efficiency of treatment and pain scores were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate and total efficiency of treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in thecontrol group , the differecces were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the pain scores of both groupssignificantly decreased, those in the treatment group were lower than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Theradioactive osteomyelitis of jaws treated with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine has good effect, it canbe used in clinical promotion.
