摘 要:介绍了蠕墨铸铁相比灰铸铁、球墨铸铁的优点,以及Ru T450牌号的轮毂零件的技术要求。阐述了超声波检测蠕化率的基本原理及超声波声速与蠕化率变化的关系,以及蠕墨铸铁的石墨形态与蠕化率的分级评定,分析了影响制动毂零件声速的因素,最后指出:(1)超声波在蠕墨铸铁件中的传播速度与蠕化率成反比,即零件的蠕化率越高,超声波的传播速度越慢;(2)通过超声波声速法来检测蠕墨铸铁件的蠕化率是可行的,测试结果也是比较可靠的,同时还可以提高检测效率,大幅度降低检测成本。The advantages of the vemticular iron compared with gray iron and nodular iron,as well as the technical requirements of RUT450 vemticular iron wheel hub were introduced. The basic principle of the vemticulariU uhrasonic test and the relationship between uhrasonic velocity- and vemticularity change, and as well as, the grading evaluation of graphite morphologies and vemticularity were described. The factors influencing the sonic velocity- of the brake wheel hub was analyzed. It was pointed out lastly : ( 1 )The propagation velocity- of the uhrasonic wave in vemticular iron casting was inversely proportional to its venniculariU, the higher the vemticularity of the casting,the slower the propagation velocity- of the uhrasonic wave. (2)h was feasible to using uhrasonic velocity- test method to inspect the vemticularity of vennicular iron castings,and its test results were also quite reliable, and in addition, could elevate inspection efficiency, largely reduce inspection cost.
