摘　　要：辅导员在高校意识形态工作中具有天然和必然的价值诉求。辅导员在高校意识形态工作中具有教育引导、管理协调、服务育人、整合反馈的重要价值。这就需要坚持"立德树人"理念,强化职业素质养成,以规范化管理为基础,构建完善的评价、反馈机制,从而有效发挥辅导员在高校意识形态工作中的价值。Advisors have natural and necessary value propositions in the ideological work they do. They fulfill their worth through their effort to guide, to coordinate, to serve and to give feedback. Advisors should attach great importance to morality education, constantly improve their professional qualities and strive for standardized management and refined evaluation and feedback mechanisms so as to real ize their worth to its full potential.
