摘 要:目的:研究鼻咽癌中miR-106b与病灶内细胞周期进程、细胞的侵袭的相关性。方法:选择2013年3月~2018年2月期间在神木市医院经病理学活检诊断为鼻咽癌的病例纳入研究,留取活检时得到的鼻咽癌组织和鼻咽癌旁组织,抽提miRNA后测定miR-106b的表达量,抽提RNA后测定细胞周期相关基因、细胞侵袭相关基因的mRNA表达量。结果:鼻咽癌组织内miR-106b的表达量以及FOXC1、CyclinD1、CyclinE、TRIM27、uPAR、PARP1、MTA1的mRNA表达量高于鼻咽癌旁组织,CYB5R2、p16、IRF5、E-cadherin的mRNA表达量显著低于鼻咽癌旁组织;miR-106b高表达的鼻咽癌组织内CYB5R2、p16、IRF5、E-cadherin的mRNA表达量低于miR-106b低表达的鼻咽癌组织,FOXC1、CyclinD1、CyclinE、TRIM27、uPAR、PARP1、MTA1的mRNA表达量高于miR-106b低表达的鼻咽癌组织。结论:鼻咽癌中低表达的miR-106b对病灶内细胞周期的进程、细胞的侵袭均具有促进作用。Objective:To study the correlation of miR-106 bin nasopharyngeal carcinoma with cell cycle progression and cell invasion.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by pathological biopsy in Shenmu Hospital between March 2013 and February 2018 were included in the study,and the nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue and tissue adjacent to nasopharyngeal carcinoma obtained from biopsy were collected,miRNA was extracted to determine miR-106 bexpression,and RNA was extracted to determine the mRNA expression of cell cycle-related genes and cell invasion-related genes.Results:miR-106 bexpression as well as FOXC1,CyclinD1,CyclinE,TRIM27,uPAR,PARP1 and MTA1 mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues,CYB5 R2,p16,IRF5 and E-cadherin mRNA expression were significantly lower than those in adjacent tissues whereas;CYB5 R2,p16,IRF5 and E-cadherin mRNA expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues with high miR-106 bexpression were lower than those in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues with low miR-106 bexpression whereas FOXC1,CyclinD1,CyclinE,TRIM27,uPAR,PARP1 and MTA1 mRNA expression were higher than those in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues with low miR-106 bexpression.Conclusion:The lowly expressed miR-106 bin nasopharyngeal carcinoma can promote the cell cycle progression and cell invasion in the lesion.
