摘　　要：作为高等教育最具活力的行为主体和思想政治工作的教育对象,大学生群体扮演着培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的关键角色。思想政治理论课教师兼任大学生政治导师,能更好地贴近学生实际,改善以往高校思想政治工作中存在重形式而轻内容的突出问题。要积极完善新时代大学生政治导师的选聘机制、责任机制、考核机制和保障机制,牢牢掌握高校意识形态工作的政治标准,实现新时代大学生政治导师选聘机制的系统化和常态化。As the most dynamic subject of higher education and the educational object of ideological and political work,the group of college students plays a key role in cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism. Teachers in charge of the courses about ideological and political theory,who serve as political instructors for university students at the same time,are able to get closer to the students and improve the problematic situation of the ideological and political work in colleges. Therefore,it is necessary to actively improve the employment mechanism,responsibility mechanism,assessment mechanism,and guarantee mechanism for college political instructors in the new era,firmly grasp the political standards of ideological work in colleges,so as to realize the systematization and normalization of the selection and employment mechanism of political instructors for college students in the new era.
