摘 要:提高机场运行效率能够有效提升机场核心竞争力,为探索科学合理的机场效率评价方法,首先运用改进加性DEA构建了基于非期望产出的两阶段机场运行效率评价模型,然后对我国2016年旅客吞吐量2 000万及以上机场的运行效率进行了分析,最后结合Tobit回归模型对影响机场运行效率的外部因素予以识别。方法能有效提高机场效率评价的合理性和科学性,并指出技术无效机场的不足之处。实证分析表明,在影响机场效率的外部因素中,城市人均GDP和机场直飞航线数量是重要因素。Improving the efficiency of airport operation can effectively improve the core competitiveness of the airport,to explore a scientific and reasonable method for evaluating the efficiency of airport,this paper firstly applied improved addictive DEA method to construct a two-stage airport operation evaluation model based on undesirable outputs,then the airports which passenger throughout is more than 20 million in 2016 of China were selected to evaluate the operation efficiency. Finally,the Tobit regression model is used to identify the external factors that affect the airport efficiency. The method can effectively improve the rationality and scientificity of the airport efficiency evaluation,and point out the shortcomings of the technical invalid airport. The empirical analysis shows that the per capita GDP of the city and the number of direct flight routes of the airport are the important external factors that affecting airport efficiency.
