肾癌患者围手术期睡眠状况研究

摘　　要：目的:探究肾癌患者围术期睡眠状况并行相关因素分析。方法:选取2015年1月至2017年5月在涿州市医院接受手术治疗的患者136例为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷记录患者的临床情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估患者睡眠情况,分析影响患者睡眠情况的因素。结果:失眠组患者患病时间、肿瘤分级、肿瘤大小均高于正常组(P<0.05),失眠组PSQI总分为(8.25±2.43)分,正常组PSQI分为(4.96±1.48),失眠组高于正常组(P<0.05);化疗、放疗、肿瘤直径、病理分级与睡眠状况存在正相关。结论:肾癌患者围手术期睡眠质量下降,放疗、化疗、肿瘤直径和病理分级是影响睡眠状况的因素。Objective： To understand the related factors of concurrent perioperative sleep in patients with renal cell carcinoma. Methods： A total of 136 patients undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The patients＇ clinical conditions were recorded using a self-made questionnaire. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale（ PSQI） was used to assess the patient＇s sleep status,Analysis of factors affecting the patient＇s sleep status. Results： The onset time,tumor grade and tumor size in insomnia group were significantly higher than those in normal group（ P 〈 0. 05）. PSQI score in insomnia group was（ 8. 25 ± 2. 43）,PSQI was（ 4. 96 ± 1. 48） in normal group,insomnia（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was a positive correlation between chemotherapy,radiotherapy,tumor diameter and pathological grade and sleep status. Conclusion： The quality of sleep during perioperative period is decreased in patients with renal cell carcinoma. Radiotherapy,chemotherapy,tumor diameter and pathological grade are the factors that affect sleep status.
