制造业集聚对经济增长的空间溢出效应研究——基于民族与非民族地区的比较分析

摘　　要：该文基于2000年、2005年、2010年和2016年截面数据,采用空间计量模型对全国及民族与非民族地区制造业集聚对经济增长的影响及作用机理进行分析。结果表明,制造业集聚对经济增长的作用具有明显的时空差异性。从全国范围看,集聚对中国整体经济的增长有显著的正向促进作用,从地区来看,集聚对民族地区经济增长具有促进作用,对非民族地区的影响由正向作用变为负向作用;外商直接投资对促进非民族地区经济增长作用显著,对民族地区作用甚微;人力资本、专利授权增长率、政府干预和投资对全国和地区的影响区别不大:人力资本积累与经济增长之间存在显著正相关关系;低质量的专利授权和专利泡沫会通过消耗大量的社会资本等方式,对经济增长产生不利影响;政府盲目投资和过度干预造成的经济效率低下,对经济增长产生了不利影响。Based on the section data of 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2014 and by using the spatial econometric model this paper aims to analyze the impact of manufacturing agglomeration on economic growth in ethnic and non-ethnic areas. The results show that the effect of manufacture agglomeration on economic growth is obviously different in space and time. From a national perspective, agglomeration plays a significant role in promoting China＇s overall economic growth. From the regional point of view, agglomeration plays a catalytic role in ethnic areas, and the influence on the non-ethnic areas was changed from a positive one to a negative one. Foreign direct investment plays a significant role on economic growth in non-ethnic areas while having little influence in ethnic areas. Human capital, patent licensing growth, government interference and investment have no specific difference on national level and on regional level. There is a significant positive correlation between the accumulation of human capital and economic growtl~ Low quality patent licensing and patent bubbles will have adverse effects on economic growth for the consumption of large amounts of social capital. Blind investment from government and excessive interference will cause low economic efficiency, thus exerting negative influence on economic growth.
