摘　　要：本文从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学工具和教学手段、教学评价六个方面陈述"互联网+"背景下高职《财务报表分析》课程教学模式构建架构。This paper presents the construction of the teaching model of ＂financial statement analysis＂ course in higher vocational education under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ from six aspects：teaching idea,teaching content,teaching method,teaching tool and teaching method and teaching evaluation.
