摘  要:该文主要研究优化静电传感器的结构,不同的结构参数会影响静电传感器的电场分布,从而影响实验结果。首先利用有限元分析软件ANSOFT建立静电传感器数学模型,通过研究传感器电极片的轴向长度、径向长度、屏蔽罩的厚度和长度对电压输出的影响,得到了不同结构下的灵敏特性。最后,通过重力实验验证了仿真结果的正确性,为优化传感器结构及后续实验提供了理论依据。The major research is about studying and optimizing the structure of electrostatic sensors.Different structural parameters will affect the electrostatic field distribution of the electrostatic sensor and experimental results.The mathematical model of the electrostatic sensor is established by using the finite element analysis software ANSOFT.The influence of the axial length,the radial length,the thickness and the length of the shield on the output voltage is studied,which obtaine the sensitive characteristics under different structures.Finally,the correctness of the simulation results is verified by gravity experiments,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the sensor structure and subsequent experiments.
