摘  要:针对换热站内温度与压力传感器有线安装和调试的不便性,设计了一套基于MSP430F149单片机的低功耗、一体式、无线温压采集系统。将传统的分体式温度、压力传感器设计为更紧凑和可靠的一体式温压传感器。对系统的硬件部分、软件部分进行了设计。通过窄脉宽瞬时供电、分时供电等方法实现了系统的低功耗设计。通过在实验室及换热站现场的相关测试实验,证明了该系统具有安装方便、稳定可靠、功耗低、精度高、便于维护等优点。In view of the inconvenience of installation and debugging of the wired sensors in the heat exchange station,a set of low power consumption,all-in-one,wireless temperature-pressure measuring system was designed.The processor of the system is based on MSP430 F149.The traditional split separation temperature and pressure sensor were designed as a more compact and reliable integrated temperature-pressure sensor.The hardware and software parts of the system were designed.The low power consumption of the system was realized by means of narrow pulse width instantaneous power supply and time-sharing power supply.The test experiments were carried out in the lab and the heat exchanger station.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of convenient installation,stable and reliable,low power consumption,high precision and easy maintenance.
