孝感市退役士兵教育培训的现状与对策

摘　　要：退役士兵教育培训是一项利国、利军、利民的"德政工程"和"利民工程"。孝感市近年在开展退役士兵职业教育和技能培训工作中成绩显著,但也还存在培训机构多而不精、投入不足、培训形式难以满足学员要求、就业服务不到位等问题。要进一步提高退役士兵教育培训效果,必须创新教育培训模式、改善培训环境和条件、加强培训过程监管、积极搭建就业平台。The education and training for retired soldiers is a ＂ moral and political project＂ which benefits the country,the army,and the people. In recent years,Xiaogan City has made remarkable achievements in vocational education and skill training for retired soldiers. However,there still exist some problems such as many training institutions which are not refined,insufficient investment,training forms that can not meet the requirements of the trainees,and unavailable employment service,etc. To further improve the education and training effectiveness of retired soldiers,it is a must to innovate the education and training model,improve the training environment and conditions,strengthen the supervision of the training process,and actively build an employment platform.
