摘 要:本文利用细菌16S rDNA克隆文库法对大港油田油藏内源微生物群落结构进行系统分析。文库构建结果表明,油藏细菌由8个门类构成,分别为Alphaproteobacteria(46%)、Betaproteobacteria(35%)、Firmicutes(8%)、Nitrospirae(2%)、Synergistetes(1%)、Dictyoglomia(1%)、Deferribacteres(1%)、Gammaproteobacteria(1%)以及Unclassified bacteria。其中,存在如鞘胺醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas)、代尔夫特菌(Delftia)等大量具有石油烃降解功能的细菌种属。探索极端油藏环境中微生物群落结构特征,为微生物驱油技术的开发奠定了良好的基础。As one significant microbial resource, microorganisms play an important role in crude oil exploitation and remediation of oil-contaminated soil. 16 S rDNA clone library was conducted to explore the bacterial community of oil reservoir in this research. Based on clone library analysis, bacteria mainly belong to 8 phyla in oil reservoir, and they are Alphaproteobacteria(46%), Betaproteobacteria(35%), Firmicutes(8%), Nitrospirae(2%), Synergistetes(1%), Dictyoglomia(1%),Deferribacteres(1%), Gammaproteobacteria(1%), and unclassified bacteria. Meanwhile, there are many hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria, such as genus Sphingomonas and genus Delftia in oil reservoir. Better understanding bacterial community in extreme oil reservoirs will construct a good foundation for microbial enhanced oil recovery(MEOR).
