摘  要:教学企业经营性和教学性的特征决定了教学企业必须处理好经营与教学的平衡发展。目前,东职教学企业"大学生超市"通过学生自主经营、岗位轮换、专业课程嵌入、岗位与职业技能鉴定融入、多元化的兼职教师队伍建设等措施促进了教学企业运营与教学有效叠加运行,但还存在与现代职教理论对接不够、服务意识与市场意识薄弱、专业教师到超市兼职积极性不够等问题,通过成立教学企业管理机构、探索混合所有制等校企合作新模式等措施可让教学企业拥有更为显著的企业属性,进而有效提升实践和实训的教学效果。The characteristics of management and teaching determine that teaching enterprise must realize the balanced development of management and teaching. At present, many measures have been taken in the teaching enterprise of College Student Supermarket, such as the students' independent management, job rotation, embedding professional courses, the integration of post and vocational skill testing, and the construction of diversified part-time teachers, which have promoted the superposition of the operation and teaching of teaching enterprises.However, there still exist some problems such as insufficient docking with modern vocational education theory,weak service consciousness and market consciousness, insufficient enthusiasm for professional teachers to take part-time jobs in supermarkets. By setting up teaching enterprise management institutions and exploring new modes of school-enterprise cooperation such as mixed ownership, the teaching enterprises can have a more significant business attribute, which can effectively enhances teaching effectiveness of practice and training.
