摘 要:教学评价是教育教学工作中最重要的环节之一,它起到了定向和调控,诊断和预测的功能.建立科学合理的评价体系,成为当下教育教学工作者急需解决的任务.研究运用马尔科夫链模型,提出一种教学效果量化评估算法,试图用学生"标准化"后的成绩及学生对某一学科的学习兴趣作为评价因子,通过极限向量及罚因子法共同对教学效果进行实证分析,并根据研究结论对课堂教学作进一步反思,探究不同样本间评价结果差异的形成性因素,为教师评价教学提出可参考依据.Teaching evaluation is one of the most important links in education and teaching.It plays a role in orientation and regulation,diagnosis and prediction.Establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system has become an urgent task for current education and teaching workers.The research uses the Markov chain model to propose a quantitative evaluation algorithm for teaching effects.It attempts to use the students' standardizedscores and studentsinterest in learning a certain discipline as evaluation factors.Through the limit vector and penalty factor method,the teaching effect is jointly studied.Conduct empirical analysis,and further reflect on the classroom teaching according to the research conclusions,explore the forming factors of differences in evaluation results among different samples,and provide reference for teacher evaluation teaching.
