摘 要:目的:探讨移动微学习与PBL教学模式相整合与单纯PBL教学模式对2014、2015级体育教育、运动训练本科班《体育保健学》教学效果的影响及分析比较两种教学方法的作用。方法:2014级体育教育、运动训练本科班为对照组,2015级体育教育、运动训练本科班为实验组。完成基本章节教学任务后,通过理论考试和教学效果评价问卷调查方式检测两种教学方法的实际效果。结果:与对照组相比,实验组理论考试总分成绩显著上升,教学效果、学习积极性、学习能力和对教师评价方面均有显著性升高。结论:移动微学习与PBL相整合教学法促进了学生期末理论考试成绩的增加,有利于教学相长目标的实现。Objective: To explore the influence of the integration of mobile micro learning and PBL teaching mode and the pure PBL teaching mode on the teaching effect of physical education and sports training class 2014 and2015,and compare the effects of the two teaching methods. Methods: the 2014 class sports education and sports training undergraduate class are used as the control group,the 2015 class sports education and the sports training undergraduate class are the experimental group. After completing the basic chapter teaching task,the practical effect of the two teaching methods is tested through the theoretical examination and the questionnaire survey for teaching effect evaluation. Results: compared with the control group,the total score of the theoretical examination in the experimental group increases significantly,and the teaching effect,learning enthusiasm,learning ability and the evaluation of teachers increase significantly. Conclusion: the integration of micro mobile learning and PBL teaching method could promote the students' final exam scores increase,which is conducive to the realization of the teaching goal that benefits both teachers and students.
