卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法抽取帕金森病合并睡眠障碍患者72例,依照随机抽签方式分组,治疗组(n=36)应用卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片治疗,对照组(n=36)采取艾司唑仑治疗,对比2组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后睡眠质量以及病情变化。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗前,2组睡眠质量评分、UPDRS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组睡眠质量评分、UPDRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡比多巴-左旋多巴控释片治疗帕金森病合并睡眠障碍的疗效肯定,可有效缓解其帕金森病临床症状,减轻睡眠障碍,提升睡眠质量,且不良反应较少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carbidopa and levodopa controlled release tablets in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease patients with sleep disorders.Methods 72 patients with Parkinson＇s disease and sleep disorders in the hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled and divided into two groups：treatment group（n=36）was treated with carbidopa and levodopa controlled release tablets,and the control group（n=36）was treated with estazolam treatment.The adverse reaction the rate before and after treatment,the sleep quality and condition changes were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 97.2%,which was higher than that of the control group of 75%（P〈0.01）.Before treatment,there was a significant difference in the sleep quality score and UPDRS score between the treatment group and the control group（all P〈0.05）.After treatment,the sleep quality score and UPDRS score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.8%,which was lower than that of the control group of 22.2%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Carbidopa and levodopa controlled release tablets can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease,and reduce sleep disorders,improve sleep quality,has less adverse reactions and high safety.
