摘　　要：目的评价封闭负压吸引技术治疗重症脑卒中患者压疮的临床效果,为患者实施植皮手术做好准备。方法在我院神经内科重症脑卒中患者中随机选取46例发生Ⅲ或Ⅳ期压疮的患者,随机分为负压吸引组和对照组,根据2组患者创面愈合速度、治疗有效率、平均住院时间判断治疗效果。结果负压吸引组和对照组相比,创面愈合快、治疗有效率提高、平均住院时间缩短、住院费用降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与新型敷料相比,负压吸引技术治疗重症脑卒中压疮具有明显优势。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vacuum-assisted closure in the treatment of pressure sore in patients with severe stroke,so as to prepare for skin grafting.Methods Forty-six patients withⅢ orⅣ pressure sore were randomly selected in the patients with severe stroke in the neurology department of our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into VAC group and control group.The therapeutic effect was determined according to the wound healing rate,treatment efficiency and average hospitalization time of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group,VAC group had faster wound healing,higher treatment efficiency,shorter average hospitalization time and lower hospitalization cost,with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the new dressings,vacuum-assisted closure has obvious advantages in the treatment of spressure ulcers in patients with severe stroke.
