以偏瘫为首发症状的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘性假瘤1例

摘　　要：中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘性假瘤是一种临床相对少见的特殊类型的炎性脱髓鞘病变,由VANDER VELDEN于1979年首次报道。近年来,这种病变被称为肿瘤样脱髓鞘病变、肿瘤样炎性脱髓鞘病变、脱髓鞘假瘤、假瘤样脱髓鞘或肿胀性脱髓鞘性病变。现报道以偏瘫为首发症状的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘性假瘤1例。Inflammatory demyelinating pseudotumor of the central nervous system is a rare and uncommon type of inflammatory demyelinating disease,which is first reported by Vander Velden in 1979.In recent years,this lesion is known as tumor-like demyelinating lesions,tumor inflammatory demyelinating lesions,demyelinating pseudotumor,pseudotumor demyelination or swelling demyelination.One case of inflammatory demyelinating pseudotumor of central nervous system with hemiplegia was reported.
