摘　　要：目的:探究膀胱肿瘤患者应用激光助力经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除术的临床疗效及对患者生存时间的影响。方法:选取我院2016年5月到2017年4月收治的84例膀胱肿瘤患者,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,各42例,对照组患者采取经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除术,研究组患者在经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除术术中应用激光助力。术后分析对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、留置尿管时间等各项手术指标以及术后并发症、患者术后复发率、生存率。结果:对照组患者手术时间、术中出血量、留置尿管时间、住院时间等均显著高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症发生率及复发率均显著高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱肿瘤患者在经尿道膀胱肿瘤整块切除手术中应用激光助力可显著提高临床效果,并发症发生率显著降低,生存时间明显提高且复发风险低,对患者创伤小,值得临床上进一步推广。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of laser assisted transurethral resection of bladder tumor and the effect on the survival time of bladder tumor patients. Methods： 84 cases of bladder tumor patients admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group with 42 cases in each group. The control group were treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor en bloc resection,application of laser assisted study group patients after transurethral resection of the bladder tumor en bloc resection. Postoperative operative time,intraoperative blood loss and time of indwelling catheter were compared between the two groups,including operative time,postoperative complications,postoperative recurrence rate and survival rate. Results： The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group（ P〈0.05）. The incidence and recurrence rate of postoperative complications in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group（ P〈0.05）. The study group survival rate was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of laser assisted force in bladder tumor resection for bladder tumor can significantly improve the clinical effect. The incidence of complications is significantly reduced,the survival time is obviously improved and the risk of recurrence is low. It is less traumatic and worthy of further promotion in clinical.
