中国乳制品产业集聚对劳动生产率的影响研究

摘　　要：利用2010-2014年中国30个省级面板数据,构建空间计量面板模型,考察了中国乳制品产业集聚对劳动生产率的影响.在研究过程中,通过变量替换的方式进行了稳健性检验,从而得到更加可信的研究结论.研究结果表明,以区位熵和集中系数衡量的中国乳制品产业集聚水平的指标均对劳动生产率具有显著的正向影响,说明中国乳制品产业集聚显著促进了劳动生产率水平的提高,人力资本、人均资本等控制变量也对乳制品产业劳动生产率产生了显著的正向作用.The impact of China＇s dairy industry agglomeration on labor productivity is analyzed based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2010 to 2014.In the course of the study,the robustness test was carried out by variable substitution,so as to get more credible conclusions.The conclusion indicates that the index of China＇s dairy industry agglomeration based on location quotient and concentration coefficient has a significant positive impact on labor productivity,indicating that China＇s dairy industry agglomeration has significantly promoted the improvement of labor productivity.At the same time,the control variables,such as human capital and per capita capital,also have a significant positive effect on the labor productivity of dairy industry.
