摘 要:螺杆菌属(Helicobacter)是一类与人类多种疾病相关的菌属。研究发现,螺杆菌感染与原发性肝癌的发生发展密切相关,其不仅可以通过炎症刺激、细胞周期调控等促进肝癌的形成,还可通过TLR4/My D88信号通路等增强肝癌细胞的侵袭能力。本文主要就螺杆菌感染与原发性肝癌的发生及发展关系予以综述。Helicobacter is a class of genus associated with many human diseases. The existing studies have found that helicobacter infection is closely related to the occurrence and development of primary liver cancer. Not only can it promote the formation of liver cancer through inflammatory stimuli and regulation of cell cycle,but it can also enhance the invasive ability of liver cancer cells through TLR4/My D88 signaling pathway. This article summarizes the relationship between helicobacter infection and the occurrence and development of primary liver cancer.
