摘　　要：目的探究应用3.0T动态增强磁共振功能成像(DCE-MRI)及4D-Tissue软件定量判定宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选取2013年1月-2015年3月行DCE-MRI扫描的30例宫颈癌患者。所有的病例均经过病理证实。患者年龄33-67岁[平均(48±10)岁]。患者治疗前行DCE-MRI检查及定量分析,比较肿瘤组织与子宫肌层的TIC曲线特征,采用独立样本t检验比较肿瘤组与肌层对照组各定量参数的差异。结果宫颈癌组织与子宫肌层TIC曲线:肿瘤以Ⅲ型曲线为主,Ⅲ型26例(86.67%);子宫肌层以I型曲线为主,I型18例(60%)。肿瘤组织与子宫肌层各定量参数值之间进行比较:肿瘤组与子宫肌层组的K^(trans)、V_e、K_(ep)值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤组平均K^(trans)值、平均V_e值、平均K_(ep)值明显高于正常子宫肌层组。结论 DCE-MRI各定量参数对诊断宫颈癌病变拥有一定效用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of cervical carcinoma through the quantitative analysis of 3.0 T dynamic enhanced MRI（DCE-MRI） and 4 D-tissue technology. Methods 30 cases of cervical carcinoma from January 2013 to March 2015 were included in our study. All the cases had been confirmed by pathology. Patients aged 32-66 [An average of（47±10）]. Before treatment, all the patients were scanned by DCE-MRI. We compared TIC curve characteristics of tumor tissue and myometrium, used independent sample t test to compare the quantitative parameters of cervical cancer group and normal myometrium group. Results Tumor tissue and uterine muscle TIC curve： The tumors were given priority to type Ⅲ curve, 26 cases of type Ⅲ（86.67%）. The uterine muscles were given priority to type I curve, 18 cases of type I（60%）. The value of K^trans, Ve and Kep between tumors and uterine muscles group had statistically significant difference（P0.05）. The average value of K^trans, Ve and Kep for tumor tissues were significantly higher than normal uterine muscles group. Conclusion The quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI have a certain efficiency in the diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.
