我国应用型本科高校人才培养研究概述——基于2007-2016年CNKI期刊数据的分析

摘　　要：对2007-2016年十年间CNKI期刊网刊登的我国应用型本科高校人才培养研究论文进行了一次文献研究。结果显示:我国应用型本科高校人才培养研究呈递增趋势,研究实力悬殊,发表期刊呈分散分布;研究的热门学科大类为工学和管理学;学者对应用型本科高校的人才培养模式、培养目标、课程体系、实践教学等问题关注较多,研究越来越具体化,但实证研究数量不多,对应用型本科高校协同培养区域人才方面关注度不够。Via a statistical analysis of the research literature in CNKI on the talent cultivation in China＇ s application-oriented universities from 2007 to 2016, it is found that the researches during this period have the following features. The researches on this topic have been increasing with a disparity of research power and research papers are scattered among many journals. The heated subject categories of the researches are engineering and management science. Scholars are more concerned about the talent cultivation modes, the goals, the curriculum system, practical teaching and other issues by conducting more and more detailed studies. However, the papers don＇ t use empirical research methods frequently and don＇ t pay much attention to the cooperative study on talent cultivation among application-oriented universities in the same area.
