十堰市民营经济发展问题及建议

摘　　要：民营经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,是推动国民经济和社会发展的一支重要力量,在稳定增长、促进创新、增加就业、改善民生等方面发挥了重要作用。近年来,十堰市不断优化发展环境,推进市场主体增量提质,民营企业增速加快,对十堰市经济发展做出了应有的贡献。但通过对经信委以及一部分民建会员企业的实地走访调研后发现民营企业在发展过程中依然存在结构不佳、质量不优、品牌不响,以及融资困难、发展不稳的问题。本文试图对上述问题做进一步分析研究后探索十堰市促进民营经济发展的意见建议,以期对民营企业的良性发展和转型升级有所裨益。Private economy is an important part of socialist market economy,and an important force in promoting national economy and social development,and it plays an important role in stable growth,innovation promotion,employment creation and people＇s livelihood improvement. In recent years,the city has been continuously optimizing the development environment,promoting the market main body to increase the quantity and raise the quality and to accelerate the development of private enterprise,which has made due contribution to the economic development of the city. However,through the field visits to the CEC and some civil construction member enterprises,it is found that there are still some problems in the development of private enterprises,such as poor structure,poor quality,poor brand,difficult financing and unstable development. This paper attempts to make further analysis and study on the above problems and explore the solutions to promote the development of private economy so as to benefit the benign development as well as the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises.
