摘　　要：临床研究证明,人体在生理和病理状态下具有不同的生物节律,药物在人体内的过程受到生物节律的影响。笔者查阅相关文献,结合临床实际进行归纳、汇总、分析相关研究的最新进展,从药代动力学和不同疾病的角度阐述时辰药理学,指导临床合理用药,提高药物临床应用的安全性和有效性。Clinical research has suggested that the human body shows different biological rhythm physiologically and pharmacologically,and the disposition of drugs in the body is affected by the biological rhythm. The author reviewed the utilization and advances of chronopharmacology in views of pharmacokinetics and-dynamics,offering a reference for clinically rational application of drugs,and improvement of the safety and the effectiveness of drugs.
