摘　　要：针对由供应商、分销商和零售商组成的三级供应链,用改进的收益共享契约研究在非常规突发事件发生后的协调问题.非常规突发事件的发生会导致市场需求发生剧烈变化,随之带来销售价格的变化、供应链各节点企业的成本发生变化.在非常规突发事件下,上游企业与下游企业不能及时共享信息,导致供应链各节点企业的成本信息不对称,一般的收益共享契约不能使供应链达到协调.改进的收益共享契约可使供应链具有抗干扰性,使其重新达到协调.For the three-stage supply chain consisting of a single suppler,a single distributor and a single retailer,this paper researches whether the improved revenue sharing contract can coordinate the supply chain.The occurrence of unconventional emergency will lead to dramatic changes in market demand,and bring changes in sales prices,the unit marginal cost of each node in the supply chain business.Moreover,after the unconventional emergency,upstream and downstream enterprises can not share information in a timely manner.It led to asymmetric of the unit cost information among suppliers,distributors and retailers.General revenue sharing contract can not achieve the supply chain coordination.Based on the improved model of benchmark contract,the study finds the use of the improved revenue sharing contract to make the supply chain with immunity and reachieve coordination.
