“文化自信”背景下外宣翻译理论及话语体系中国特色创新

摘　　要：我国外宣翻译理论及话语体系有没有中国特色,归根到底是要看是否具有原创性与主体性的"我"的东西。其理论与实践支点就在于"自觉与自信":要保持外宣翻译话语体系创新的学术自觉,包括问题研究可能的自觉、问题研究方法论的自觉、翻译实践价值观的自觉。而这种自觉性又取决于自觉地创新,在具体翻译实践中,理性审视西学理论,突显文化自信,立足于中国实践,并以之为自我精神站位和研究起点,提出具有"主体性、原创性"的观点、术语、概念、体系等,构建具有自身特质的翻译学科体系、学术体系、话语体系和语言管理体系,中国翻译理论及实践体系才能形成自己的特色优势和话语软实力,最终让我们的话语及文化走向世界。To build theory with Chinese characteristic international publicity translation and discourse system, thmre needs to embody the original elements of China. The key of its theory and practice lies in ＂consciousness and cultural confidence＂. The academic consciousness in the innovation of international publicity translation and discourse system includes aspects, such as consciousness in lresearch question, lresearch method and value of translation. And the source of confidence derives from innovation. This consciousness, in turn, depends on self - conscious innovation. In specific translation practices, absorbing essence of western theory, highliting cultural confidence. Based on China＇ s practice, and use it as a self - centmred station and starting point for lresearch to propose academic viewpoints, temls, concepts, and systems with ＂subjectivity and originality＂ and build a translation discipline system, academic system, discourse system, and language management system with its own characteristics. The Chinese translation theory and practice system can foml its own unique advantages and discourse soft power, and uhimately allow our discourse and cultmre to go global.
