摘  要:梳理了近年来关于教师公平研究的成果,发现文献主要涉及三个维度的教师公平:优秀师资的公平分配、教师的公平感、教师的公平意识。通过这三个维度探讨了教师公平的内涵、教师公平在教育公平中的地位,并构建了以教师公平为核心的研究路径。This review sorts and identifies the recent research about the teacher's view on educational justice according to three latitudes,which include the fair distribution of excellent teachers,teacher's sense of fairness and the student who should be treated fairly by the teacher. Using three latitudes standards,the review investigates the content of the teacher's view on educational justice and analyzes the relationship between the teacher's view on educational justice and the educational equality. The review addresses how to conduct multiple paths on the research system of the teacher's view on educational justice according to three latitudes.
