艾迪注射液联合CapeOx化疗方案治疗中晚期结肠癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨艾迪注射液在结肠癌术后CapeOx化疗方案的疗效及对毒副作用的影响。方法选取2014年7月~2017年5月我院收治的结肠癌患者76例,其中对照组31例,观察组45例,对照组仅给予Capeox方案(奥沙利铂130mg/m^2,静脉滴注,第1天,卡培他滨1000mg/m^2,口服,每天2次,第1~14天),21天为1周期。观察组在对照组的基础上加用艾迪注射液50ml/次,每天1次,第1~5天。观察比较两组患者的近期临床疗效、KPS评分、肿瘤标志物水平以及不良反应情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为60.00%明显高于对照组的45.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的KPS评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),CEA、CA-199、CA-125水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),而且观察组各指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合CapeOx化疗方案可增强中晚期结肠癌的抑制作用,降低化疗的毒副作用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of Aidi injection on chemotherapy with CapeOx after colon cancer surgery. Methods 76 cases of patients with colon cancer from July,2014 to May 2017 in our hospital were select into 31 cases of control group and 45 cases of observation group. The control group was only give Capeox scheme （Oxaliplatin intravenous drip 130 mg/nf in First day;Capecitabine oral 2,1000 mg/M^2 times a clay,in 1414 days） ,21 days to 1 cycle. In the observation group,50 ml/ time,1 time per day of Aidi injection was added on the basis of the control group, from 1 to 5 times. The recent clinical efficacy, KPS score, tumor marker level and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 60.00% obviously higher than that 45.16%of control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment the KPS score of two groups patients was significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05） ,and the CEA, CA 199,CA125 levels were lower than that before treatment （P〈0. 05）. The indexs of observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chemotherapy regiments of Aidi injection combined with CapeOx can enhance the inhibition of advanced colon cancer and reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy.
