摘  要:从水杉(Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng)树皮、叶片中分离筛选得到了17株形态各不相同的内生真菌,采用对峙培养法筛选对植物病原真菌,层出镰孢菌(Fusarium proliferatum)﹑禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)﹑玉米大斑病菌(Setosphaeria turcica)﹑玉米小斑病菌(Helminthosporium maydis)具有拮抗作用的菌株,筛选得到了1株对以上4种病原菌具有广谱抗菌活性的菌株,命名为SS-17。通过对SS-17菌株的形态特征观察及ITS分子鉴定,初步鉴定为黑附球菌(Epicoccum nigrum)。In this research,17 strains of the endophytic fungi were separated from the leaves and bark of Metasequoia glyptostroboides with different colony morphology,and the strains with antagonistic action were screened by dual culture method against plant pathogenic fungi including Fusarium proliferatum,F. graminearum,Setosphaeria turcica,Helminthosporium maydis. 1 strain was obtaind with antagonism to these strains above,named SS-17. With the morphology and ITS molecular identification of SS-17 strain,it was identified as Epicoccum nigrum.
