摘  要:[目的]研究制备灵芝多糖颗粒剂的最优处方。[方法]以颗粒的粒度、吸湿性、制粒难易度、口感等为指标,通过单因素试验考察稀释剂、润湿剂等的影响,再用正交试验优选最优处方。[结果]最优处方是稀释剂为糊精∶乳糖(1∶1),润湿剂为70%乙醇,每剂量中甜味剂阿斯巴甜添加量为0.025 g。[结论]在最优处方条件下所制备的颗粒是口感好、溶解快、吸湿性小的合格颗粒剂。[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimal formulation of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide granules.[Method]Taking the particle size, hygroscopicity, difficulty in granulation and taste as indicators, the effects of diluents and wetting agents were examined by single-factor tests, and then the optimal prescription was optimized by orthogonal test.[Result]The optimal formulation was dextrin ∶lactose (1 ∶1) for the diluent, 70% ethanol for the wetting agent, and 0.025 g of aspartame for each sweetening agent.[Conclusion]The granules prepared under the optimal formulation conditions are good granules with good taste, fast dissolution and low hygroscopicity.
