摘　　要：以"创新"和"卓越"为指导,充分考虑地方高校的"地方性应用型"以及生物行业的多样性和实践工程能力,从"突出专业特色、突出实践创新、行业企业深度参与培养、强化学生工科和创新能力、培养质量监控保障体系"等方面阐述了生物技术专业应用型人才培养的改革措施,旨在促进突出"创新能力、工科素养和应用型"的生物技术人才的培养。Guided by “innovation” and “excellence”, full consideration was given to the local application of local colleges, the diversity and practical engineering ability of biological industry. The reform countermeasures of applied talent’s cultivation in biotechnology specialty were expounded from outstanding professional features, outstanding practice innovation, the training process involved with industry and enterprises deeply, strengthening students’ engineering and innovation ability, cultivating the training quality monitoring system,so as to promote the cultivation of biotechnology talents with the outstanding innovation ability, engineering quality and application.
