摘 要:实践教学是高校学生巩固理论学习成果和提高实践操作技能的重要环节。从课程设置、学校、学生及教师等方面分析了目前实践教学中存在的问题。结合多年的教学经验和实践探索,提出了政策制度支持、课程内容建设与完善、实践教学基地建设与培养模式创新等教学改革措施。实践结果表明,课程内容的合理化建设和校企合作的双导师制培养模式,有利于增强学生学习的积极性和参与意识,提升实践能力和创新能力,提高实践教学质量。Practice teaching is very important for students to consolidate the theoretical study results and improve the practice operation skills. The existing problems in present pratice teaching were analyzed from curriculum setting,school,students and teachers. Combined with many years of teaching experience and practice exploration,teaching reform measures including policy supports,curriculum content’s construction and practical teaching base’s construction and innovation of cultivation model were put forward. The practice results showed that the reasonable construction of the course content and training model of university-enterprise cooperation with double-tutorial system were conducive to enhance students’ learning enthusiasm and participation and improve practice ability and innovation ability,and improve the quality of practice teaching.
